Abstract
Patients with the full-blown picture of PCOS or isolated PCO-only morphology behave exactly in the same manner during all stages of assisted reproduction. Owing to the availability of more fertilized oocytes and grade 1 embryos, patients with PCOS or PCO-only morphology are associated with higher clinical pregnancy rates per ET compared to patients with isolated male factor infertility.
