Abstract
Discussion and conclusion. - Prompt diagnosis of adnexal torsion requires a combination of clinical, biological and radiological evidence. No predictive factors of necrosis are found. Risk of adnexal torsion is potentially increased by waiting period for surgery and patient's age.
