Abstract
We report 2 cases of lobular carcinoma of the breast metastatic to the uterus. The first case presented as vaginal discharge, but the other was a chance finding in a routine follow-up visit. We discuss the differential diagnosis of this process and the need for the routine use of imaging modalities in the follow-up of patients with breast cancer.
