Abstract
Hemangiomas are the most frequent liver tumors, occurring in 2% of the adult population. Normally they are isolated lesions, but they can also be multiple. They are composed of vascular spaces of different sizes. Among the possible complications are rupture or bleeding due to trauma, puncture, or the pregnancy.
