Abstract
We present the case of a 33-year-old woman who developed two large adnexal masses during pregnancy. Relevant tests including ultrasound, tumoral markers and magnetic resonance imaging were performed and an expectant approach was adopted. Maternal and fetal outcomes were favorable. The importance of individual management of adnexal masses in pregnancy is highlighted.
