Abstract
												This retrospective study suggests that malignancy of pigmented conjunctival lesions is extremely rare in children. Although squamous cell carcinoma is rare in children, surgical excision and histological study are necessary when a conjunctival lesion is associated with xeroderma pigmentosum or immunodeficiency.
