Abstract
The cervical endoscopic laminoforaminotomy was initially developed in 1987 and has been very effective when applied to the treatment of unilateral cervical radiculopathy. Utilizing this minimally invasive non-fusion technique, many amateur and professional athletes have been able to return to full activity quicker and with fewer restrictions than with many other techniques. The selection criteria, surgical technique, and postoperative course are discussed in detail.
