Abstract
The unilateral group had greater load on the healthy foot and greater area of oscillation of the load on the clubfoot, which made postural control difficult. The increased step time is related with alterations in the angular moments and limb force. Gait is more affected in the bilateral cases, which may lead to greater energy consumption.
