Abstract
Obtainig evidence is often complicated, so that the physician often receives contradictory results. At present there is evidence for the effectiveness of ESWT in: plantar fasciitis, radial epicondylitis, ulnar epicondylitis, calcifying tendinitis of shoulder, miogelosis of masseter, and non-union or delayed fractures.
