Abstract
Conclusion. - Patients with McArdle disease show an exacerbation of cardiorespiratory, electromyographic and metabolic responses to exercise. A moderate aerobic training program induces muscle, cardiac and metabolic adaptations to physical strain and improves the tolerance of the patients to the physical exercise.
