Abstract
For carefully selected patients, sacroiliac arthrodesis appears to be a safe, well-tolerated, and successful procedure, leading to significant improvement in functional outcome and a high fusion rate. To the authors' knowledge, the current report is the largest series to document the functional and radiographic outcome of sacroiliac joint arthrodesis.
