Abstract
Primary nasal T/NK lymphoma is nowdays a well-known clinical entity. It was before called centrofacial malignant granuloma. Since the improvement of pathologic anatomy and development of immuno-histochemistry, the name of primary nasal T/NK lymphoma has been chosen by the WHO in 2001. This lymphoma is responsible for centrofacial destruction. The evolution is lethal without treatment. Systemic diseases such as Wegener's granulomatosis can give similar destruction. TDM scan and MRI are useful to determine the extension of the disease. Treatment is based on radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The prognosis is bad, even with treatment.
