Abstract
Endoscopic laser ablation of placental vessels is the most commonly performed fetal operation today. Pediatric surgeons, with their knowledge of fetal and congenital pathology, and their technical expertise with minimally invasive surgery, can be of great benefit to the patient and the medical team.
