Abstract
Three-dimensional computer animation technology was extremely accurate intraoperatively and predicted exactly which shared organs would sequentially be encountered as the dissection commenced. It significantly reduced the overall operative time and provided critical intraoperative anatomic information. We recommend that this readily available technology be utilized for any patient requiring extensive reconstructive surgery.
