Abstract
Psoriatic arthritis frequently affects the small joints of the hands and fingers. Asymmetrical and distal interphalangeal joint involvement are a characteristic feature of this arthropathy. Some radiological lesions are suggestive and contribute to the early diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis.
