Abstract
In this paper we study the well-posedness model of dehydratation of gypsum plasterboards exposed to fire. The existence of weak solution as well as uniqueness results are proved. A maximum principle is that which guarantees the existence of a solution under physical assumptions on data. The numerical solutions are presented in realistic cases.
