Abstract
Chien et al. proposed an RSA-based partially blind signature with low computation in 2001. Recently, Hwang et al. claimed that Chien et al.'s scheme cannot satisfy the untraceability of the blind signature. However, this letter shows that Hwang et al.'s traceability attack is invalid. The Chien et al.'s partially blind signature scheme still holds the untraceability property.
