Abstract
It is widely believed that quadratic coefficients cannot be estimated from nine data in cubical array. This paper illustrates three equations for that array and one equation for the five-point array. The quadratic coefficients obtained by the equations are compared to the true values as obtained by Taylor expansions of typical generating functions. The accuracy of the estimated coefficients may be sufficient to interest experimentalists.
