Abstract
In this paper we establish that any well-pruned Ï1-tree, T, admits an Ï1-compact type I manifold if T does not contain an uncountable antichain. If T does contain an uncountable antichain, it has been shown that whether or not T admits an Ï1-compact manifold is undecidable in ZFC.
