Abstract
Tragopogon porrifolius L. subsp. porrifolius (Asteraceae, Lactuceae) yielded three new bibenzyl derivatives, 5,4â²-dihydroxy-3-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1â3)-β-d-xylopyranosyloxybibenzyl, 2-carboxyl-3,4â²-dihydroxy-5-β-d-xylopyranosyloxybibenzyl, tragopogonic acid (2â²carboxyl-3â²,5â²,4â³-trihydroxyphenylethanone) and the new dihydroisocoumarin 6-O-methylscorzocreticoside I.
