Abstract
The application of self organized growth method (magic clustering method) for the formation of new type of nanocluster is reported. Sb has been deposited onto bare Si(1Â 1Â 1)-(7Â ÃÂ 7) reconstruction and onto In magic nanocluster array structure. And Sb interaction with substrate and atomic structural change have been studied using scanning tunneling microscopy. Furthermore, in the latter case of Sb adsorption, the cluster with new components was observed. This new type cluster is obtained by using magic clustering method and the tendency of Sb atoms substitution for In atoms.
