Abstract
A graphical representation has been derived from random walk. The numerical characterization of the graphical representation is applied to compute the similarities of RNA secondary structures. The examination of similarities/dissimilarities among the secondary structure at the 3â²-terminus belonging to different species illustrates the utility of the approach.
