Abstract
Using the 1/2 pseudo spin formalism, coherent fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) is considered for systems formed by equivalent and equidistant particles. Compact analytical description of the quantum dynamics is given. The results constitute a basis for the detailed description of a scanning probe microscope - controllable coherent FRET as a universal quantum computer hardware, whose concept has been introduced earlier.
