Abstract
AgI-ZrO2 fine particle composites were fabricated over a wide composition range of AgI. We have measured the X-ray diffractograms and photoluminescence properties of the composites, together with those of pristine AgI and pristine ZrO2 fine particles. The results give the information about the atomic structure of AgI/ZrO2 interfaces, which may provide the pathway for the high ionic conduction.
