Abstract
The process of charge carriers injection by excitons from different types of electrodes (ITO and Mg) into pentacene layers was investigated. From the photocurrent-response spectra measurements it is revealed that the energy of triplet excitons is not always sufficient to cause efficient charge carriers injection from metal electrode into pentacene layers.
