Abstract
The photoconductivity of thin films consisting of a conjugated polymer poly[2-methoxy, 5-(2′-ethyl-hexyloxy)-p-phenylene-vinylene] (MEH-PPV) and dispersed nanosized particles of an inorganic semiconductor lead sulphide (PbS) was investigated using steady-state photoconductivity and magnetic field spin effect (MFSE) techniques. It was shown that the addition of small amount of PbS nanoparticles leads to the reduction of the photocurrent while higher concentration of PbS increases the photocurrent.
