Abstract
⺠We study house price convergence in panels of US states and metropolitan areas. ⺠There is little evidence of overall house price convergence. ⺠US house prices are best described by multiple convergence clubs. ⺠The general characteristics of convergence subgroups are extensively studied. ⺠Housing supply regulation and climate are major determinants of club membership.
