Abstract
⺠We examine factors affecting voter position on eminent domain and police power reform. ⺠High educational attainment reduces support for restricting use of eminent domain. ⺠Voters consider potential benefits from urban renewal projects in vote decision-making. ⺠Population density does not explain eminent domain and police power reform results.
