⺠Use a three stage Ricardian trade model to study changes in trade composition. ⺠Vertical specialization and manufacturing trade grow faster than overall trade. ⺠Manufactured parts trade grows due to lower trade costs. ⺠Tariffs have bigger impact on trade growth than freight costs.
