Abstract
⺠We examine the investor-underwriter relationship based on underwriter reputation. ⺠Institutional investors have strong relationship with high reputation underwriter. ⺠High net worth investors have strong relationship with low reputation underwriters. ⺠We find setting of offer price is significantly influenced by underwriter reputation.
