Abstract
⺠We develop a model of the main bank. ⺠In this model, the main bank decides whether or not to raise additional funds. ⺠This possibility happens when nonmain banks withdraw funds. ⺠The threat of withdrawal of nonmain banks may prevent zombie firm problems.
