Abstract
⺠Extensive margins in both tradable and non-tradable sectors appear endogenously. ⺠Income and substitution effects between traded and non-traded goods matter. ⺠The HBS effect is amplified with changes in extensive margins. ⺠Welfare gains from a rise in extensive margins are found to be important.
