Abstract
⺠I measure the effect of sectoral resource misallocation on aggregate TFP. ⺠The framework that I develop is consistent with that used in productivity analysis. ⺠The framework is flexible for assumptions on preferences or production functions. ⺠I apply this framework to the sectoral data of developed countries.
