Abstract
The method of “periodically modulated driving force” with temperature modulated differential scanning calorimetry has been applied to the transition kinetics in TixNi100−x, x≃50 at.%. The alloy presents two different types of solid-solid phase transitions. The details of the transition kinetics especially of the ΔT dependence of transition rate has been examined by the present analysis.
