Abstract
⺠I propose a measure for network's quality based on characteristics of network's members. ⺠Social networks are important in shaping the motivation, aspirations and expectations. ⺠The higher the network's quality, the higher the probability of investing in education. ⺠Schooling achievements of people from poor communities generate a multiplicative effect.
