Abstract
â¶ Bilingual RNs earn a wage premium of just over 4% compared to monolingual RNs. â¶ Evidence is found for the premium arising from increasing demand for bilingual RNs. â¶ Strong evidence found for the premium accounting for unobserved skill and ability.
