Abstract
ⶠWe investigate the effect of trust and fatalism on the demand for job protection. ⶠTrust has a negative impact on the demand for job protection. ⶠFatalism has a positive impact on the demand for job protection. ⶠWe also show that education can mitigate people's fatalism.
