Abstract
With a clinical psychology approach, based on the psychoanalytic theory, the study of an interview with a Paris underground musician illustrates and discusses some questions: the question of the intentional marginality and her effects on the psychosocial balance; the question of the evolution of the narcissistic organisations; the question of positive and negative aspects of the narcissistic organisations. After a presentation of some aspects of his life (childhood's relationships, experiences of pains, artistic investment, the socialisation) we discuss the diagnostic and we conclude to a borderline organisation with a narcissistic personality.
