Abstract
The author draw up a panorama of the psychodynamic theories destined to study the complex perinatal interaction between primary anticipation of the baby and patterns of anticipation of the parents. The hypothesis of intergenerational line of development is theorized. It takes place between the poles of “early agony” and “signal anxiety”. These line of development correspond to the maturation of an adaptative mechanism of defence dedicate to prevent the impact of the real or imaginary dangers. The individual efficiency of these mechanisms is resolutely correlated to intersubjective genesis. In front of crisis, comportmental, emotional and fantasmatic anticipation are tested. Therefore, the authors consider parenthood and epigenetic anticipation like pertinent psychologic and psychopathologic evidence.
