Abstract
⺠We develop a spatio-temporal model for the tumor-lymphocytes interaction. ⺠We examine the effect of immunotherapeutic action. ⺠Chemotactic lymphocyte guidance is shown to play a minor role. ⺠Lymphocyte blockade of advancing tumor cells effectively helps control growth. ⺠Results suggest the inclusion of an anti-migratory agent in a therapeutic program.
