Abstract
⺠Substrates roughen by a special model in time (t1) before growing with other models. ⺠The surfaces need a growth time (tx) to lose information about the substrate. âºtx depends on both the growing time of the substrate and the special surface growth models. ⺠The dependence of the two parameters 'tx' and 't1' is a power law.
