Abstract
Using the in-reactor tritium release experiments, the tritium transport behavior in the Li20Sn80 alloy was studied, including the tritium diffusion in the alloy and the mass-transfer at the interface between the alloy and the gas phase. The tritium diffusion coefficient is 1.27Ã10â9Â m2/s at 873Â K. The mass-transfer coefficient obeys the following temperature dependence:KD=2.82Ã10â4exp(â27.2(kJ/mol)/RT)(m/s)(673-873K)
