Abstract
One-dimensional aluminum phthalocyanine nanomaterials were prepared by electrochemical deposition method and characterized by means of AFM, SEM, UV-vis, and XRD measurements. The effects of solution concentration and deposition voltage on aluminum phthalocyanine nanomaterials preparation were studied. The resulting one-dimensional aluminum phthalocynine nanomaterials showed enhanced conductivity compared to that of bulk aluminum phthalocyanine. Furthermore, the growth mechanism of depositing one-dimensional aluminum phthalocyanine nanomaterials by electrochemical deposition method was put forward.
