Abstract
⺠The theory of stochastic dynamics of an inhomogeneous quantum system is explored. ⺠The noise process is multiplicative and the dissipation is state-dependent. ⺠Non-linear system-bath coupling affects the pre-exponential factor of the rate. ⺠Other than Arrhenius, an additional exponential factor is also temperature dependent. ⺠The later effect is a result of quantization which is entangled with dissipation.
