Abstract
⺠We model three large Mexican metropolitan zones using a Vicsek-Szalay approach. ⺠We intend to understand population spatial distributions in a geographical space. ⺠We study some fractal dimensions such as mass-radius for each zone. ⺠We verified that the Zipf law is fulfilled by our simulated urban morphologies. ⺠Our model outcomes when compared with real data are acceptable.
