Abstract
Light scattering created by ordered mesoporous and non-porous silica films has been studied. The angular distribution of the intensity scattered by mesoporous films differs from that of non-porous films. It shows a minimum, which has been interpreted as an interference pattern produced by the beams scattered by the mesopores distributed into the volume.
