Abstract
A new method for characterization of the distribution of the states of polarization on the Poincarè sphere is described. Analysis of the state of polarization distribution is based on spherical radial distribution function. Estimation of the degree of the clustering and the mean diameter of clusters on the Poincarè sphere is presented.
