Abstract
An exciton-photon interacting system in quantum well inside a microcavity coupled to a squeezed bath is considered. Using the method of characteristic function, we solve analytically the master equation under the consideration of different dissipations of the exciton and the cavity field. It is found that this system evolves in a mixed two-mode Gaussian state. The dynamical behavior of quantum properties of this system such as the purity of the exciton, the entanglement between the exciton and the cavity field, and the squeezing of the exciton and the cavity field are discussed in detail.
