Abstract
Wang and Wu [Physica A 339 (2004) 609–620] proposed a cooperation–competition model for the WWW market. Under the assumptions that the intrinsic growth rates and maximum fractions are equal, respectively, and that the interaction is symmetric, they provided the strategies for the small sites to win and the powerful site to be extinct. This paper gives the complete strategic classification for this model without any hypothesis.
