Abstract
We report on an apparently self-consistent model for an asymmetric superconducting loop with two weak links that encloses a magnetic flux. This model mimics the circuit of a recent experiment. This circuit supports a DC voltage in thermal equilibrium. This result challenges the second law of thermodynamics.
